René W. Vergé Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Technologist, Lawyer and Entrepreneur, I've been involved with Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management and Privacy for over 20 years. I acted as Vice President and Director, Consulting Services, for Fujitsu and CGI, as National Director, Technical Support, for Atari, and as Avionics Technician for the Canadian Armed Forces. I founded, managed and was involved with various technology startups and acted as Consulting Lawyer for a Montréal law firm, patent and trademark agent. I hold a BA in Economics and Spanish from Concordia University, a LLB from University of Montreal, and pursued graduate law studies at McGill University and The Hague Academy of International Law. I was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1993 and hold CIPP/C, CISA and CISSP certifications. I am co-author of the book entitled “Gouvernance, audit et sécurité des technologies de l'information”, published by CCH, Wolters Kluwer in 2008.

Gérald Weber Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer

I am a seasoned senior management consultant, ran my own firm for several years and also worked with large international consulting groups. I specialize in corporate strategy and organizational transformation and have held a number of executive positions in various organizations in Canada and Europe. During that time, I led global deployment of corporate programs, strategic plans, organizational transformations, operational optimisation, performance programmes, restructured business units, forged strategic alliances and partnerships and led acquisitions. I hold an MBA in Finance and a B. Comm. in Accounting from Concordia University.

Deepayan Acharjya Chief Technology Officer

I have 20 years of experience in Software and embedded engineering. I am a performing Electronic musician and percussionist. I have worked as Software engineer/architect with Cisco, and as a technology consultant with numerous clients (MySecureID, I4see, Wolseley, Epic Systems and Aurbee).

Sandeep Kumar Mobile Application Developer

I have hands on experience in Software Development life cycle and as a Mobile Application developer, specializing in iOS. I am an erudite in Objective­C and Swift language. I hold a Masters degree of Computer Applications (MCA) from Punjabi University, reflecting my interest and aptitude towards work and communication in technology related tasks. I work well in agile environments, always eager to indulge in project discussions, come up with great solutions, keep everyone close and stay motivated towards the team's objective.

Yogesh Jindal Mobile Application Developer

I have 3+ years experience in iOS application development in Objective­C and Swift. I have completed my B­tech From Punjab Technical University and done Internship training in mobile application development with a CMMI Level 3 Certified Company in Punjab, India. Since then, I've also been working as an iOS app developer with Objective­C and Swift technology with a CMMI Level 5 Certified Company in Punjab, India.

Vincent Miller Mobile Application Developer

I am a passionate iOS developer, with a solid experience in Objective-C development. I consider the interface design as important as the application code itself. I have had the occasion to work on various applications which are today available on the Apple Store. A 23 year old student, I am currently completing my college education in Information Technology Management. I have received the WWDC Student Scholarship from Apple in 2014.
